"So I’ve been with this branch for over 10 years, but this office doesn’t seem to know how to cancel policies when you get rid of a vehicle. I have gotten rid of 2 vehicles since being with them, and they continued to charge me for those vehicles months after they’ve been gone. This happened to me back in December and again in July. The team blames it on underwriting, but regardless of whose fault it is I should not be charged for vehicles I don’t have. Communication is also poor, I told Kevin I wanted to unenroll from auto pay, and he never unenrolled me, I also sent an email with proof that I got a new auto insurance from a competitor so I could be done with State Farm and they didn’t acknowledge it and only wanted to cancel my renters rather than my auto. I do not recommend this team. It’ll be a miracle if I can get a refund after being charged for a vehicle I no longer have. Take your money elsewhere."
"Brianna, I am sorry for your bad experience and frustration. I certainly understand your frustration. When a customer makes a change or cancels a policy, the agent's office must submit the change to our corporate office for processing. In your case, my office submitted the cancellation the day you requested it. The corporate office is behind and backed up on processing changes. The corporate office is responsible for processing changes and all billing. My office cannot control that. We follow up on policy changes daily but they process everything in date order and will not move anyone to the front of the line. This frustrates my team too because it makes us look bad and we have no control over it. You did not receive the service you deserve. My office strives to provide excellent customer service. Again, I am sorry for your bad experience. Once they process everything, you will be receiving a receiving a refund from our corporate office. I hope you can understand that my office did our part in carrying out your request but it has not been processed in a timely manner by our corporate office "

I know you have spoken with DeNeen in my office a few times about your new auto policy and not getting the policy yet. When my agency submits a new auto application to State Farm's Corporate office, we have no control over how quickly the corporate underwriters process the application. Rest assured that we have been following up with our corporate office to try and get it processed as soon as possible but with the Holidays and underwriters having to work remotely due to COVID 19 , they are running a little behind . I hope you understand and we will work hard in the future to make sure you receive the service you deserve."

"Unbelievable customer service. We had an issue with my escrow company where they had claimed to sent out a check for payment of the annual insurance, but somehow it never reached Statefarm and Norlene helped work with me and stayed on top of this issue relentlessly until it was resolved. Best customer service I’ve had from an insurance provider ever. Everyone I’ve dealt with from this location has been friendly, welcoming and helpful."

"This State Farm office is really, really great. We still have one policy under them, but unfortunately, moved to the SC side of Charlotte and had to switch most of our policies. Their rep, Kevin, is so on top of things that it blows me away. He catches details that we don’t even catch and ultimately ends up saving us big money, which recently happened with our homeowners insurance on a home we sold and forgot to report to them. I can’t say enough good things about this team. We’ve lived in multiple states over the past ten years, and this place is the best so far! Thank you, Kevin!"
